How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you!
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn’t been fulfilled. Please email us at enkaebaby@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at enkaebaby@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide them with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is available for orders over a $150 CAD within Canada and $250 CAD worldwide.
What happens if my shipment is lost?

Unfortunately we cannot take responsiblity for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they leave our facility. While we carefully package every order and provide tracking information, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance with any delivery issues. If you need support with documentation, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help!

Returns
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows you to return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team at enkaebaby@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Please note that any items purchased on sale or discounted are final sale.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at enkaebaby@gmail.com for return instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Will I have to pay for return shipping?
If you are returning an item due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. 
Canada & USA: Returns are free of charge.
Rest of the World: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Gift Card
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards in various denominations. They can be purchased directly from our website and sent to the recipient via email, making them a perfect gift for any occasion.
How do I redeem a gift card?
To redeem a gift card, enter the unique gift card code at checkout in the "Gift Card" field. The value of the gift card will be applied to your order total. If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
Can I use multiple gift cards for one purchase?
Yes, you can use multiple gift cards for a single purchase. Simply enter each gift card code one at a time in the "Gift Card" field at checkout. The total value of all entered gift cards will be applied to your order.
Product Care
How do I wash my Enkae Baby clothes?
Our pieces are designed to be easy to care for: they’re machine washable and dryer-safe!
Wash: Use cold water with like colors.
Dry: Tumble dry on low, but laying flat to dry helps prolong and preserve your items.
Tips: Since everything is 100% cotton, expect a little shrinkage. For added care, wash items in a garment bag. Knitwear gets softer with every wear and wash—iron as needed.

For our toques, machine wash on cold and lay flat to dry. If they loosen up with wear, a quick tumble in the dryer will bring them back to shape!
Will my Enkae Baby clothes shrink?
Our pieces are made from 100% natural fibers like cotton and linen, which may shrink slightly after washing. But don’t worry—everything is designed with an oversized fit to ensure this won’t affect wearability. Your little one can enjoy comfort and style, wash after wash!
