📦 Track via Your Confirmation Email

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link directly from us. Click the link in that email for real-time updates from your carrier.

🔍 Track via Shopify Order Status

You can also check your order status directly:

1. Open your order confirmation email from Enkae Baby.
2. Click "View your order" to open your order status page.
3. Your tracking number and carrier link will appear once your order has been fulfilled.

🚚 Our Shipping Partners

We ship using Intelcom and other trusted carriers. Tracking is included with the vast majority of our orders. Once your tracking number is active, updates typically appear within 24 hours of pickup.

⏱ Typical Fulfillment Times

We fulfill most orders within 3 business day. You'll receive your tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.
